- 8–10 frozen soup dumplings
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup water
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: Parmesan cheese (grated), chopped chives or sage for garnish
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a medium-sized pot over medium-high heat.
- Sauté the minced garlic for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream, water, and gochujang to the pot; stir to combine and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Carefully place frozen soup dumplings into the simmering sauce, cover, and cook for approximately 12 minutes until heated through.
- Remove from heat, sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese, and garnish with chopped herbs if desired. Serve hot.
