  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a deep dish pie plate or large baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine strawberries with granulated sugar, mixing until coated. Add cornstarch and vanilla extract; stir well before pouring into the prepared dish.
  3. In another bowl, mix flour, oats, both sugars, salt, and cinnamon. Pour in melted butter and stir until crumbly; sprinkle over strawberries.
