- 1 ⅓ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder

- 3 cups chopped fresh strawberries
- 1 ½ tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix flour, sugars, and salt for the crumb topping. Stir in melted butter until combined; set aside.
- In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and mix in sour cream.
- Fold together the sifted dry ingredients with the wet mixture until just combined; stir in milk.
- Spread batter into the prepared pan, top with coated strawberries, and sprinkle with crumb mixture.
- Bake for 40-50 minutes until golden brown and firm to touch. Cool before serving.
