- 2 cups Old-Fashioned Oats
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 cup Freeze-Dried Strawberries
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together unsalted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in the egg (or flax egg), vanilla extract, and molasses until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this mixture to the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Gently fold in old-fashioned oats and freeze-dried strawberries.
- Drop rounded balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for about 12 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool before serving.
