  • 30 chocolate Hershey’s Kisses, unwrapped

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine strawberry cake mix, melted butter, and egg until smooth.
  2. Mix in the softened cream cheese until fully incorporated.
  3. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  5. Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto baking sheets; optionally roll in powdered or pink sugar.
  6. Bake for 8–10 minutes until edges are set but centers remain soft.
  7. Let cool for 1–2 minutes before gently pressing a chocolate kiss into each cookie's center.
  8. Cool completely on a wire rack before serving.
