  • 1 head red romaine lettuce
  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 1 pint strawberries (sliced)
  • 1 cup tomato-basil feta cheese (crumbled)
  • 1 cup pecans (chopped)
  • 6 whole strawberries (remove caps)
  • 1/4 cup tomato-basil feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup pecans
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the red romaine lettuce and mixed greens. Tear into bite-sized pieces and place in a large salad bowl.
  2. Slice the strawberries and add them to the greens.
  3. Top with crumbled feta cheese and chopped pecans.
  4. For the dressing, blend strawberries, feta cheese, and pecans until smooth. Whisk in olive oil, apple cider vinegar, sugar, dried basil, and salt.
  5. Pour dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
