- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (very soft)
- 15.25-ounce box strawberry cake mix
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 8 ounces sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a 9×9-inch baking pan with aluminum foil, spraying it with cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened butter until smooth. Add the strawberry cake mix and egg; mix until combined into a tacky dough.
- Press half of the dough into the bottom of the prepared pan. Sprinkle white chocolate chips evenly on top.
- Drizzle sweetened condensed milk over the chips, followed by small pieces of remaining dough.
- Bake for 27-30 minutes until edges are golden and center is slightly jiggly. Cool for 2-3 hours or overnight before cutting into bars.
