- 2½ tsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine pineapple juice, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and cornstarch. Mix until smooth.
- Heat oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown (about 5-6 minutes).
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and stir to coat evenly.
- Add pineapple chunks and cook for an additional minute until heated through.
- Garnish with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
