Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Mix in honey, unsalted butter, and eggs until well combined. Stir in milk and vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour and gradually fold it into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
