Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

- In another bowl, combine honey, orange juice, orange zest, grated ginger, vegetable oil, and eggs; whisk until blended.
- Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Grease a cake pan or line it with parchment paper; pour in the batter evenly.
- Bake for about 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
