  • 1 large yellow onion, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 ribs celery, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef steak (cut into 1" cubes)
  • 2 skinless boneless chicken thighs (cut into 1" cubes)
  • 1 chicken breast (cut into 1" cubes)
  • 10 oz can diced tomatoes with chilies
  • 3 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 1 tsp Creole seasoning
  • 1 lb pasta (farfalle or penne)
  • 1 cup water
  • 11/2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 (10 oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (10 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 tablespoon browning sauce

Instructions

  1. In a Dutch oven over medium-high heat, sauté turkey bacon with onion, bell pepper, and celery until soft.
  2. Stir in garlic and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
  3. Add beef steak and smoked sausage; brown for about 20–25 minutes.
  4. Mix in chicken thighs, chicken breast, tomatoes with chilies, thyme, and Creole seasoning; cook for another 15–20 minutes.
  5. Incorporate water, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, and browning sauce; simmer for another 20 minutes.
  6. Stir in dry pasta and bring to a boil; then cover and let sit off heat until noodles are tender.
  7. Bake in preheated oven at 300°F for one hour before serving.
