Instructions
- Gather all ingredients.
- Layer chicken at the bottom of the Crock Pot; top with black beans, corn, and Rotel.
- Sprinkle taco seasoning and ranch mix over the layers.
- Place cream cheese on top without mixing.
- Cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
- Shred cooked chicken using two forks; stir in melted cream cheese until combined.
- Serve hot with desired toppings.
